Day of Coordination

This option begins about two weeks before your event—we'll chat with you a handful of times to create a wedding day plan and assess what still needs to be done. It will be up to you to handle most (if not all) of the logistics leading up to the big day, such as communicating your wedding timeline to vendors or confirming delivery times.

 

Think of a day-of wedding coordinator as the professional—and much more experienced—version of that friend who volunteered to "run" things on your wedding day (which isn't always the best idea). Typically this will include directing vendors to their proper places, managing the wedding decor setup and breakdown, and making sure that the day is running as on-schedule as possible.

Includes:

  • Run wedding rehearsal

  • Be present at venue day of and ensure every detail is set up to client’s vision

  • Liaison between bride and vendors for the day

  • Relieves unnecessary stress on bride and groom

  • Ensure ceremony and reception run smoothly

Price depends on size of the wedding and number of locations

  • 100 guests/1 location - $1,000

  • 100 guests/2 locations - $1,250

  • 100 to 150 guests/1 location - $1,250

  • 100 to 150 guests/2 locations - $1,550

  • 150 to 200 guests/1 location - $1,650

  • 150 to 200 guests / 2 locations - $2,000

Full Service

This is the best option for couples who want step-by-step guidance and a professional opinion from the get-go or who simply do not have a lot of time to dedicate to planning a wedding. We will be involved in every aspect of your to-do list, from helping you choose a wedding venue and handling vendor correspondence, to setting up escort cards and corralling your bridal party on the wedding day. This is also a great option for couples who need help with the smaller wedding details, things like choosing linen colors and flowers, and prefer to leave those decisions to an expert.

Does have extra fees for large guest count and multiple locations

  • 100 guests/1 location - $2,000

  • 100 guests/2 locations - $2,300

  • 100 to 150 guests/1 location - $2,500

  • 100 to 150 guests/2 locations - $3,000

  • 150 to 200 guests/1 location - $3,000

  • 150 to 200 guests/2 locations - $3,500
